APEX ART company was renowned for manufacturing jewels for the Hollywood movie stars. This cast metal piece dates back to the 1930s era. The pendant has a Victorian revival design and is embellished with green past stones and clear rhinestones, all present and original to the piece - it measures 1 7/8 inches in diameter.
