Shipping
We offer FREE USPS shipping with insurance (2-3 days) on all US purchases. We also offer FREE USPS First Class International shipping on all Canada purchases. Outside the US and Canada, items will be shipped via airmail first class for $10, which will be added to the invoice. We will ship internationally using the global priority mail if accepted within the specific country- delivery time varies within countries. We recommend you contact us by email with any questions regarding shipping or items. We reply quickly to all emails.
Please note that Rmsjewels is not responsible for any Customs Charges or Duty fees imposed by non-US countries.
Return Policy
We take pride in offering quality jewelry and your satisfaction is always very important to us. If for some reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase a refund minus shipping and paypal fees will be issued. We are not responsible for the return postage of any order.
You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the item and you must ship the item back to us within 3 days with insurance. No refunds can be given for items that have been sized or altered in any way. Additional shipping costs are not refundable.

Lay-Away
We offer lay-away options for all items that are over $100. The plan consists of three payments of 1/3 each, first to be paid at time of purchase and the remaining in 30 day intervals.
In case of lay-away cancellation the first installment is non-refundable.
There are no returns or exchanges on lay-away. Once you start a layaway on a specific item, you can not apply the amount to a different item.
Terms of lay-away: You must send your full name, address, and phone number when requesting lay-away.
