Beautiful circa 1950s Navajo earrings showcasing Royston turquoise cabochons. Stones display beautiful warm brown matrix and have a different coloration, one is a true blue turquoise while the other has a hint of green. This coloration makes the earrings a bit unusual in my opinion. Cabochons are set in dog tooth prongs and surrounded by silver rope and silver chain.
Diameter is 5/8 inches. Screw back findings are marked Sterling in capital letters. Combined weight is 6.5 grams. Earrings are in very good vintage condition. Beautiful Navajo design.
