If you would like to place an order but your country is not on this list, please email us to see if we can accomodate you.

We offer FREE USPS first class shipping with insurance (2-3 days) on all US purchases. Outside the US items will be shipped first class for $15, which will be added to the invoice. For purchases over $100, the shipping cost will be $25 for first class registered mail. Please note that in some instances the shipping cost will have to be adjusted based on the weight of the package. We will ship internationally using the global priority mail or express mail if accepted within the specific country - delivery time varies within countries. Please contact us for a shipping quote. We reply quickly to all emails.

We package all items very well and ship within 24 hours of payment receipt. Our personal promise to you is prompt communication throughout the entire transaction, from purchase to receipt of the item.

Please note that RMSjewels is not responsible for any Customs Charges, Import Fees or Duty fees imposed by non-US countries.

Return Policy
We take pride in offering quality jewelry and your satisfaction is always very important to us. We pay special attention to accurately describing our items and we provide multiple photographs for each listing. Please know that we sell only vintage jewelry which is always pre-owned and has some level of wear. Please contact us with any questions you may have about our items or our policies prior to purchasing.

If we made a substantial error in the listing (e.g. we did not mention major damage or defects) we will issue a refund. Please note that a refund minus shipping and Paypal fees will be issued, no exceptions. We will not accept a return in case of buyer’s remorse, if the item does not fit or for color variations due to monitor differences. We are not responsible for the return postage of any order.

You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the item and you must ship the item back to us within 3 days of receipt of the item with insurance. No refunds can be given for items that have been sized or altered in any way. Additional shipping costs are not refundable.

The following conditions must be met:
1) The item must be mailed to us within 2 days of notification after we agreed upon issuing a refund.
2) Please make sure you return the items to us packaged in the same way that they were sent to you. If your item was shipped with delivery confirmation and insurance, you must return it using the same shipping methods.
3) The item must be received in the exact condition as when it was shipped to you, with all labels, tags and identifying marks intact; no alterations (such as ring sizing, necklace length adjustment etc.) or damage/wear of any kind permitted.

In case your item is lost in the mail or arrives damaged in transit, please let us know right away. Make sure you photograph the damage and email us the photos; USPS and insurance companies require proof of damage in order to begin a claim process. Make sure you keep the original packaging materials as well as the damaged piece(s) for further investigation in the claim process. Do not return items damaged in shipping before contacting us, since this will void the shipping insurance.

Insurance companies will require a written damage report from the buyer in order to confirm details and verify the loss.

We accept PayPal, money orders and checks for US purchases. We only accept Paypal or wire transfers for international sales.

We offer lay-away options for all items that are over $100. The plan consists of three payments of 1/3 each, first to be paid at time of purchase and the remaining in 30 day intervals.

In case of lay-away cancellation the first installment is non-refundable.

There are no returns or exchanges on lay-away. Once you start a layaway on a specific item, you can not apply the amount to a different item.

Terms of lay-away: You must send your full name, address, and phone number when requesting lay-away.
